Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• A three-year diploma in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized State Technical Education Board, University or Institute — or a higher qualification (B.E./B.Tech) in the corresponding discipline.
• Candidates should also have passed Matriculation with Punjabi as one of the subjects, or hold an equivalent qualification, as per the standard PSSSB requirement.

Age Limit

• General category candidates: 18 to 37 years.
• Relaxation in the upper age limit applies to SC/ST, OBC, women, ex-servicemen and other reserved categories as per Punjab Government norms.

Pay Scale

Selected candidates will draw a basic pay of ₹35,400 per month under Level-6 of the 7th Central Pay Commission, along with Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Travel Allowance (TA) and other benefits admissible under Punjab Government rules.
